A real-time 3D furniture customizer where users swap materials and textures at 60fps, configure their piece, and pay via Flutterwave — all in the browser. The 3D model originally took 8 seconds to load. I got it to 1.2 seconds.

In the Warehouse module, users couldn't create a stock item if no categories existed — navigating away lost their form state. I built a stacked modal pattern — CreateCategoryModal opens on top of AddItemModal, saves, invalidates the query, auto-refreshes the dropdown, and auto-selects the new category. No form state lost.
